Within my dietetic posts, I have specialised in Inherited Metabolic Disorders (paediatric and adult) and held the position of ‘Dietitian Advisor to the National Society for Phenylketonuria (NSPKU)’ for 3 years (see www.nspku.org for further information).
I have also gained extensive experience in General Paediatrics including food allergies, fussy eating, children with feeding problems, children with special needs, faltering growth, iron deficiency anaemia and gastro-oesophageal reflux.
I have worked in paediatrics for almost all of my working career, gaining extensive and varied experience and knowledge in all areas of paediatric nutrition.
